Exchanges:
We do not do exchanges as our inventory is constantly changing, rather we will issue store credit via gift card.
Returns:
We hope you love your Heavenly Haven items, however, if you need to make a return, the guidelines are as followed:
Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 business days of the delivery date. Returns past the two-week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers' expense. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your packing slip in your return. Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled. Items that are FINAL SALE include, ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE, bodysuits, swimwear, work out wear, ALL accessories & anything from our Sale Section. Items will not be accepted if they are stained, have any smell of perfume, animals, cigarettes, are covered in lint or hair or dirt, deodorant or make-up stains, or damaged in any way. Items need to be packaged neatly for return.
